Vehicle Overview

Finished in Colorado Red with Black Trim. This car has been the subject of a complete restoration on a rust free Californian car to a very high standard with minimal mileage since completion. Still in its Left Hand Drive configuration the car is a Mk 2 with four speed and overdrive. The restoration has been carried out by a retired garage owner of some 40 years who wanted to fill his time with a worthwhile project. He has brought a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the restoration resulting in what we consider one of the best body restorations we have seen. All chrome work is new or re-chromed. Still retaining the original seating which is in very good condition and mechanically in fine fettle has to be a testament to the fact that the car has led a cherished life up until its major refurbishment.
