All our Vehicles are advertised online, All our stock is up to date, vehicles are quickly marked as ‘Reserved’ when we take deposits on them and removed as soon as the customer takes delivery so rest assured the vehicles you see advertised on our website are current stock and available to purchase.
We take pride in providing detailed photographs and descriptions, if you require any specific information which we have not covered in our advertising Please do not hesitate to contact us. We can also supply high quality personalised videos on request.
Once you have selected which vehicle (s) you are interested in call or email us to arrange a viewing or request further information.
Make an appointment to come down to our showroom in East Horsley. We have both indoor and outdoor facilities to accommodate viewing at any time of day even in the most inclement of weathers. Over 80 cars from a range of manufacturers are on display allowing you to make direct comparisons on any of the makes/models you are considering. Our sales staff on hand to assist you in your purchase, should you prefer some time to view the car alone- just ask. All the relevant paperwork and documentation will be made available to you to inspect. We can also discuss part exchange prices and finance options should you wish. Once you are happy the car and paperwork we can arrange a test drive.
Once you are entirely happy with the vehicle you have chosen, we will complete a vehicle order, confirming any additional servicing/repair work that will be carried out at our expensive prior to delivery and finalizing part exchange prices. Also we can complete an application for any funding should you require it. At this point we take a £1000 deposit.
The vehicle is then sent to our workshops for its 60 Pre delivery inspection. Any additional Servicing, MOT or repairs that have been agreed will also be completed. We can also carry out a range of additional services that you may require such as tow bar fitting, in car entertainment and window tinting (charges apply contact us for quotation). Finally once the car has completed it workshop visit we carry out a final re-clean to ensure it is spotless for delivery to its new owner.
Only once our workshops are entirely will collection be arranged. We normally allow 1 hour for vehicle handovers, we will assist in taxing your new vehicle, notifying the DVLA of keeper changes and handover all the relevant paperwork for the vehicle. We will also set up your warranty and demonstrate the operation of the vehicle to you. Balances can be settled by Debit card or Bank Transfer.
